The rules for using this platform.
By creating an account or using any part of MENA Hub, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
You need an account to submit products or companies, comment, review, vote, follow or bookmark. Accounts carry a role — member, founder, investor or admin — that determines what you can do. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure; don't share your account with anyone else.
You keep ownership of the products, companies, launches, comments, reviews and other content you post. Posting it gives us a license to display, distribute and promote it on the platform, in emails, and in social previews. Don't post anything illegal, infringing, or that misrepresents your relationship to a product or company.
If a product or company is already listed and you're the founder, you can request ownership through the claim option on its page. An admin reviews claims before control of the listing transfers to you.
New launches go through an approval queue before they appear publicly, and reported comments can be removed. We may reject a submission, remove content that breaks these terms, or restrict access to the platform.
Founders can buy homepage, category or launches-banner placements for a fixed number of days, up to 60. The price is fixed in the currency shown when you leave the draft step, and charged by card through Moyasar. If we reject a campaign after you have paid, we refund it in full to the card you paid with — you can edit and resubmit it, which is charged as a new campaign. Once a campaign has been approved and has started running, we don't refund days it has already served.
The distribution tool (beta) helps founders draft marketing copy and track submissions across a catalog of external directories. It's opt-in per product, and if you choose AI-assisted copy, your product details are sent to a third-party model provider for that request only. The tool never submits or posts anything on an external site for you — you still do that yourself, subject to that site's own terms.
The platform is built on Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot screening); ad payments run through Moyasar, and the distribution tool may call OpenRouter and the Product Hunt API. Features backed by these services are also subject to their own terms.
Everything on the platform that isn't content you posted — the MENA Hub name, design and code — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy, reuse or reverse-engineer it without permission.
The platform is provided as is, without warranty that listings are accurate, that the distribution tool will produce results, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of it.
You can stop using the platform at any time. We can remove content or restrict an account that violates these terms. Contact us if you'd like your account or its data removed.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law that applies where the platform operator is legally established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
