ZenHR is a Jordan-based (Amman) HR technology company founded in 2016 by Yousef Shamoun and Mohamad Haj Hasan. It offers a cloud-based human resources and payroll management system tailored to the labor laws and payroll regulations of countries across the Middle East and North Africa, including Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, and Iraq. Its modules cover payroll processing, attendance and leave management, employee self-service, onboarding, performance evaluation, and applicant tracking/recruitment. The product is accessible via web browser as well as iOS and Android apps, and is sold to businesses on a quote-based subscription rather than published self-serve pricing. ZenHR has raised institutional funding, including from Rua Growth Fund.
