Yamm is a Saudi Arabia-based post-purchase automation platform, founded in late 2023 by Sultan Alsubhi, Mohammed Alshalati, and Hamadah Alkhaldi, that provides returns, exchanges, and refunds infrastructure for online stores. Shoppers can initiate returns and receive refunds or exchanges within seconds through the platform, while merchants get analytics, logistics integrations, and flexible settlement tools to manage the post-purchase process. Yamm integrates with e-commerce platforms including Salla, Zid, OpenCart, and Shopify, and has partnered with logistics providers such as SMSA and Aramex to handle pickup and delivery for returned items. The company raised a pre-seed round in October 2024 and a subsequent seed round co-led by Vision Ventures and Arzan Venture Capital, with participation from 2Pi Ventures, Plus VC, F6 Ventures, and angel investors, to scale its post-purchase automation across Saudi e-commerce merchants.
