Weego
All-in-one mobility app for real-time transit info, trip planning and digital ticketing

Weego is a mobility-technology company founded in 2020 by Saad Jittou and Mor Niane, headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco, with a presence in Dakar, Senegal. Its consumer app aggregates existing public and private transport — buses, trams, taxis and ride-hailing/VTC services — into a single interface, giving riders real-time schedules and routes, multimodal trip planning, and cashless ticketing and top-ups from an in-app wallet. Weego does not operate its own vehicles; instead it partners with transport operators, reporting integrations with more than 23 private and 7 public operators across Moroccan cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech and Agadir. Alongside the free rider app, the company runs a business-facing 'Powered by Weego' SaaS offering aimed at transit agencies and employers managing staff transportation. Weego raised a funding round reported at $1.1 million in early 2026 to grow its team and extend the platform to new cities.
