Unifonic

Unifonic is a Riyadh-based customer engagement platform that lets businesses reach customers over SMS, voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat and push notifications through a single API, agent console and campaign builder. Founded in 2006 by brothers Ahmed and Hassan Hamdan, it serves more than 5,000 enterprise and public-sector customers in the Gulf, including Careem, Aramex and Arab National Bank. In 2021 it raised a $125 million Series B led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Sanabil Investments, SoftBank's first direct investment in a Saudi startup.
