The Fashion Kingdom (TFK) is an e-commerce marketplace based in Cairo, Egypt that sells curated fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty, and home-fashion products for women, men, and kids, sourced from more than 200 local and international brands. It was founded in January 2020 by Fadi Antaki, Marianne Simaika, and Karim Abd El Kader, and launched publicly around six months later, in July 2020. TFK positions itself around guaranteeing 100% original/authentic branded products and offers free shipping and a VIP loyalty program to its customer base, which had grown to more than 135,000 shoppers by mid-2022. In July 2022 the company raised a $2.6 million seed round led by CVentures, with participation from A15, Raba Capital, Foundation Ventures, The Cairo Angels, Sunny Side Venture Partners, and other investors.
