Tarmeez Capital
Sharia-compliant Sukuk investment and digital financing platform in Saudi Arabia.

Tarmeez Capital (Arabic: ترميز المالية) is a CMA-licensed Saudi fintech that provides end-to-end digital Sukuk issuance and Sharia-compliant financing for companies, alongside an investment app that lets retail and institutional investors fund short-term Sukuk offerings (with fixed periodic profit distributions) via a digital wallet, with a maximum retail subscription of SAR 20,000 per opportunity before qualified-investor status is required. Founded in 2022 by Nasser Alsaadoun, the company says it has facilitated over SAR 2 billion in financing programs for more than 180,000 users across sectors such as real estate, healthcare, and IT, with Sukuk issuance volume growing 459% year-over-year as of 2024. In July 2025, Tarmeez Capital raised a strategic investment round led by Tali Ventures, the corporate VC arm of Saudi telecom group stc, marking its shift from a self-funded company to one backed by institutional capital. It offers both web and mobile (iOS/Android) apps.
