SURVV is a Cairo-based company that started as an on-demand delivery app in Egypt and has since repositioned as a cloud commerce infrastructure platform for restaurants, cafes, and retail businesses. Its product suite includes a delivery management system for dispatching riders, a QR-code menu and ordering platform, a curbside pickup ordering solution, and a buzzer-style guest notification app used by table-service venues. The company was founded in 2017 by Ahmed Abouelenin and Ahmad Tawfik and originally built its own last-mile delivery network for food, grocery, medicine, and book deliveries in Egypt before shifting its focus to selling the underlying software and operational tooling to merchants rather than running the delivery marketplace itself.
