Stream Pay
B2B billing automation platform that lets Saudi service businesses invoice, collect, and reconcile payments.

Stream (StreamPay) is a Riyadh-based fintech, headquartered in the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), founded in 2024 by Ibrahim Aldlaigan. Contrary to the BNPL-style consumer lending hinted at by its discovery source, Stream is a B2B payment automation platform: it helps service-based businesses such as schools, gyms, and SaaS companies automate invoicing, payment reminders, reconciliation, and collections through branded checkouts delivered via web, WhatsApp, email, or shareable links, without requiring customers to install an app. The platform supports subscription billing, one-off payment links, and installment plans, and integrates with accounting systems and Saudi's ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. Stream raised a $4 million seed round led by Outliers VC, with participation from BYLD Ventures and angel investors including Careem co-founder Abdullah Elyas.
