Sprints
Tech upskilling bootcamps in Egypt with a pay-after-hire guaranteed job model.

Sprints is an EdTech platform based in Cairo, Egypt that bridges the tech talent gap in the Middle East, North Africa and wider region. It runs specialized bootcamps (such as iOS development, automotive software/embedded systems, and AI & machine learning) that combine talent assessment, customized learning journeys, and a guaranteed-hiring program: in some tracks, learners only pay the training cost after being hired, in installments over up to three years via a partner bank. Sprints was founded in 2020 by Ayman Bazaraa and Bassam Sharkawy. It has been recognized as one of MENA's top EdTech startups and one of Africa's top AI companies, and in March 2024 it raised a $3 million bridge round led by Disruptech Ventures with participation from EdVentures and CFYE, among others.
