SILQ
Cross-border B2B commerce, logistics, and embedded-finance platform for the Gulf and South Asia.

SILQ is a B2B commerce, logistics, and embedded-finance group for the Gulf and South/Emerging Asia, formed in April 2025 through the merger of Saudi Arabia's Sary, a leading Gulf B2B marketplace, and Bangladesh's ShopUp, a major South Asian B2B commerce platform. The combined group is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and launched with $110 million in funding led by Sanabil Investments and Peter Thiel's Valar Ventures. Prior to the merger, the two companies' platforms together served more than 600,000 retailers, hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers, processed roughly 100 million shipments, and facilitated over $5 billion in transactions, with more than $750 million in embedded financing disbursed to small merchants. SILQ aims to give FMCG retailers and wholesalers integrated tools for ordering, logistics, and trade financing across both regions, positioning itself as a bridge between Gulf and emerging Asian supply chains.
