Sakneen
Software that gives real estate developers a live, map-based inventory and sales system for their brokers.

Sakneen is a Cairo-based software platform built for real estate developers and their broker networks to manage sales operations. It syncs a developer's CRM with a live, map-based view of unit inventory and availability, lets sales teams and brokers search and filter units instantly, generate one-click offers for buyers, process online payments for reservations, and view digital masterplan visualizations, with permission controls for different team roles; it is used across screens, tablets and phones and is offered in a single-project "Basic" tier and a multi-project "Complete" tier with unlimited users, with onboarding cited at around 14 days. Sakneen was founded in late 2019 by Ramy Khorshed and Hussein El Kheshen and originally launched as a consumer-facing portal for buying and selling homes in Egypt; it went through Y Combinator's Winter 2020 batch (receiving $150,000 from YC) and raised a $1.1 million seed round in 2021 led by Algebra Ventures with participation from Sarwa Capital, Foundation Ventures and angel investors. The company has since repositioned as a B2B "developer operating system," and released a v1.0 of this developer-focused platform around March 2025, alongside an Android app on Google Play.
