Sabbar is a Riyadh-headquartered on-demand staffing and recruitment platform serving Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 2019 by Mohamed T. Ibrahim, Abdul Rahman Al-Mudaiheem, Afnan Sherbeeni, and Sara Alshimemri to help businesses in retail, hospitality, and entertainment hire temporary and hourly staff quickly, handling sourcing, interviewing, training, scheduling, and payment. The platform has since grown into a broader recruitment hub connecting job seekers with full-time and part-time roles across sectors, reporting over one million registered job seekers and 600+ SME and enterprise clients. Sabbar is approved by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and has received support from the Ministry of Tourism. It has raised seed and pre-Series A funding, including a $4 million round backed by investors such as STV.
