Roboost

Roboost is a software platform, not a delivery fleet operator, that helps businesses automate and manage their home-delivery operations. Its core product, a Delivery Management System (DMS), uses machine learning to auto-dispatch orders, convert text addresses into optimized delivery routes, detect fraud, and provide analytics on drivers, stores and fleets. It also offers Sira, an AI reputation-management tool that analyzes customer reviews across languages and dialects. Roboost was founded in Cairo, Egypt in 2020 by Mohamed Gessraha along with co-founders including Hassan Kamel and Mohamed Hassan. The company has since expanded operations to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Morocco and Tunisia, and counts brands such as McDonald's Egypt among its customers. It raised a six-figure seed round in 2022 (Falak Startups, AUC Angels, Flat6Labs) and a $3 million Series A in January 2024 led by Silicon Badia, with participation from RZM Investment, Flat6Labs and Saudi angel investors.
