Rakeez Capital is a Riyadh-based fintech platform, licensed by Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority (CMA) under its FinTech Lab program (permit granted April 2022), that offers Sharia-compliant debt-instrument financing to small and medium enterprises and investment access to those instruments for investors. Through the platform, businesses can apply for financing (reported up to a 30 million SAR ceiling) with an approval process the company says takes about 7 business days, while investors can put in a minimum of 1,000 SAR toward vetted opportunities spanning corporate financing, real estate, and commercial financing. Rakeez Capital was founded in 2022 and is registered with commercial registry number 1010777427 and paid-up capital of 5 million SAR. It raised a seed round in March 2024 led by Core Vision Investments, and has received industry recognition including 'Most Innovative Fintech Platform for Investment in Saudi Arabia' (2024) from Global Business Outlook.
