Qme Solutions is a Cairo-based B2B SaaS company that builds digital queue management and appointment-booking software for banks, telecom operators, government offices, and other service providers. Its AI-based platform lets customers join a virtual queue remotely through a mobile app, allocating tickets based on the customer's location and real-time branch capacity so they can time their arrival to when their turn is near, cutting average wait times. The company was founded by Maged Negm, a former Orange Egypt executive, and has raised a $3 million seed round led by AHOY along with angel investors from the GCC region to expand its queuing solution across the MENA region.
