PayLiK is a fintech company based in Casablanca, Morocco, founded in 2021 by Othmane Bennani Smires. It sells employers a financial-wellness platform for their staff that combines earned-wage access (letting employees draw part of their already-earned salary before payday onto a prepaid card), salary and bonus disbursement, and a discounts/benefits club with more than 80 partner brands offering savings of up to 50%. The company reports serving more than 120 enterprise clients in Morocco, including large organizations such as Royal Air Maroc and ONCF. PayLiK has raised funding from investors including 212 Founders, CDG Invest and UM6P Ventures, and has acquired the company eProgram. It is delivered through a mobile app for employees and a web dashboard for employers, marketed under the line 'Pensé pour les RH, propulsé par la fintech.'
