Olivery is a logistics-technology company founded in 2020 by Ram Merei, Malak Duraidi, and Obada Abdelkareem, headquartered in Ramallah, Palestine, with an additional office in Amman, Jordan. It provides a no-code, cloud-based SaaS platform that lets logistics SMEs, couriers, and e-commerce brands digitize last-mile delivery operations: order management, automated route optimization, real-time driver tracking, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, OTP-verified zero-contact delivery, and automated photo/KYC capture at drop-off, plus integrations such as a Shopify app. Olivery reports serving more than 200 active business clients across nine markets in the MENA region. In 2025 it raised a seed round from Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs' Mashreq Seed Fund to expand regionally and add AI-powered routing and support features.
