Nabeeh

Nabeeh is a facilities-maintenance platform originally founded in Palestine in 2021 by Saber Samara and Fawaz Samara; its main operating base has since expanded to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The platform functions as a CAFM/CMMS (computerized facility and maintenance management) tool: property owners and managers can log issues, schedule and track maintenance and repair jobs, and monitor technician performance across multiple sites, drawing on a network the company says includes more than 1,500 vetted technicians. Consumer and service-provider apps are published on the Apple App Store and Google Play under the name Nabeeh (نبيه). In 2025 Nabeeh received an undisclosed investment from Palestine-focused venture fund Ibtikar Fund to grow its user base and B2B client portfolio; the company has reported 300% year-on-year user growth and a 95% client satisfaction rate since launch.
