MQR
A flexible office and coworking space operator with multiple locations across Cairo and Egypt.
MQR (MQR Spaces) is an Egyptian flexible workspace operator founded in 2012, making it one of the earlier coworking operators in the local market. It provides turnkey office solutions, coworking desks, private offices and meeting room rentals across multiple locations in Cairo (including Heliopolis, Downtown and New Cairo) and other Egyptian sites, with a location also listed in El Gouna on the Red Sea. Members and businesses can rent workspace flexibly by desk, private office or meeting room rather than committing to a traditional long-term office lease. MQR markets itself around community-oriented, optimized workspaces at accessible, prime locations, and its site lists around a dozen or more active locations.
