Moustachir

Moustachir is an Algerian online platform that connects businesses and individuals with professional consultants and experts across a range of fields, in Algeria and internationally. It operates through several service lines: Moustachir Consulting for general professional consultations; Moustachir Rentabilité, aimed at companies that manage freelance consultants and need tax and social-charge optimization within legal compliance; Moustachir COM for other professional services; Moustachir Academy, a training arm offering in-person and e-learning courses delivered by expert consultants; and Moustachir Idarati, which provides administrative, legal and technology solutions for companies and individuals. The company is based in Bordj El Kiffan, Algeria. In January 2025, Moustachir became the first Algerian startup to list shares on the Bourse d'Alger (Algiers Stock Exchange), issuing 125,000 new shares — 25% of its capital — at 760 Algerian dinars per share, raising roughly 94.4 million dinars in an offering state media reported was oversubscribed by about 120%. The listing ceremony was presided over by Algeria's finance minister and described by officials as a historic milestone for the country's financial market.
