MealPlanet is a Dubai-based meal-plan subscription aggregator founded in 2024 by Khalid Baareh. Its app lets consumers in the UAE browse, compare, and subscribe to more than 500 meal plans from over 100 partner meal-prep brands across 25+ categories such as keto, vegan, high-protein, and weight-loss diets. Users can customize weekly or monthly plans, swap meals, skip or reschedule deliveries, and sync orders with fitness and calorie-tracking apps; deliveries are free across cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah. In August 2024 MealPlanet raised a $6 million seed round led by Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP) with participation from AlTouq Group, Sanabil 500, Faith Capital, and Alturki Ventures.
