MadfooatCom is an Amman-based fintech that builds electronic billing and payment systems and operates eFAWATEERcom, Jordan's official real-time bill presentment and payment service, owned by JoPACC and supervised by the Central Bank of Jordan. Individuals and businesses can view and settle utility, government, telecom and other bills through the web portal, the iOS and Android apps, banks and cash agents across the kingdom. Founded in 2011 by Nasser Saleh, the company employs more than 200 people and its Android app has passed one million downloads.
