Madak
A Sharia-compliant app for fractional ownership of income-generating Saudi real estate.

Madak is a Saudi Arabia-based proptech/fintech app that lets individuals buy fractional, documented shares in income-generating real estate properties, starting from SAR 500 per investment. The company operates under authorization from the Real Estate General Authority (REGA, FAL license no. 120034556) and has received Sharia certification from Bahrain's Shariyah Review Bureau confirming its investment structure complies with Islamic finance principles. Investors receive periodic rental income deposited into an in-app wallet and can sell their shares to exit a position, with ownership documented in the Saudi Real Estate Registry. Madak has signed a strategic partnership with the Real Estate Registry (RER), supported by the General Authority for Real Estate's experimental regulatory environment, to support its fractional ownership model. The app is available on iOS and Android alongside a bilingual (Arabic/English) website.
