LabLabee
AI copilot and virtual labs for hands-on telecom and 5G training.

LabLabee is an Algerian edtech and telecom-training startup founded in 2021 in Oran by Samir Tahraoui and Mahfoud Sidi Ali Mebarek. It builds virtual labs and hands-on training environments that let telecom operators, equipment vendors, industrial companies, system integrators and universities train staff on 5G, cloud and AI network technologies at lower cost than physical lab setups. The company also offers an AI Copilot for telecom teams with three components: AI Ask (search across telecom standards and vendor documentation), AI Test (automated configuration validation), and AI Troubleshoot (network trace analysis and root-cause isolation). LabLabee won the Startup of the Year award at the Total Telecom Congress in London in 2022, and in September 2024 closed a $3.4 million seed round led by Reach Capital, with participation from Classera, Brighteye Ventures and e& capital, to expand across the EMEA region and enter the US market.
