Kudwa is a Dubai-headquartered (DIFC) B2B SaaS company, founded in 2023 by Karl Nasr and Sam Arif, that builds an AI-driven finance platform for finance managers, CFOs and accounting firms. Rather than replacing a company's existing accounting system, Kudwa connects to it and to other data sources to consolidate financial data across multiple entities and currencies, then automates reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection and KPI tracking, explaining results in plain business language. It is aimed particularly at fast-growing SMEs and groups with multiple subsidiaries. Kudwa was part of Flat6Labs' Riyadh Seed Program and has raised $1.1 million in funding from investors including 1818 Venture Capital, F6 Ventures, Sparked VC, IM Fndg and IVP. Pricing is quote-based, scaled to the number of entities, data sources, transactions and users.
