Kashier

Kashier is an Egyptian payments company, founded in 2017 and based in Zamalek, Cairo, that provides businesses with an online payment gateway to accept card payments, e-wallets and other digital payment methods from customers. It is built by Elements Financial Technologies and is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, supporting transactions in EGP, USD, EUR and GBP for merchants located in Egypt. Kashier charges a per-transaction fee (publicly listed as 2.85% + EGP 3 per successful transaction with no monthly or annual fees) and settles payouts to a merchant's bank account or mobile wallet a few business days after the transaction. It offers a developer API/SDK (with open-source client libraries published on GitHub) alongside a hosted checkout and subscription/recurring-billing tools, and has raised seed funding from investors including Sawari Ventures, Outlierz Ventures, Kepple Africa Ventures and others.
