InvoiceQ is a Jordan-based e-invoicing and tax-compliance SaaS platform, co-founded in Amman in 2020 by Muhannad Tobal, Fadi Al-Jabali, Amer Ayyad and Mohammad Baseet. It helps businesses generate, validate, and archive electronic invoices in line with government tax authorities' requirements, integrating with Jordan's Income and Sales Tax Department (ISTD) national e-invoicing system JoFotara and with Saudi Arabia's ZATCA e-invoicing regulations. The platform connects to accounting, ERP, and point-of-sale systems, as well as e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Zid, and supports payment gateways including eFAWATEERcom, Sadad, Visa and Mastercard. InvoiceQ is an Oasis500 portfolio company and closed a $1.2 million pre-Series A round in December 2024, backed by Oasis500, Orange Ventures, Flat6Labs, Natej Soft and angel investors, to expand into the GCC.
