InCurA
Manufactures hemostatic agents and advanced wound-care medical devices for MENA hospitals.

InCurA is a biomedical device company, founded in 2021 by Wessam Sarhan and Moussa Salem, that manufactures and distributes hemostatic (bleeding-control) agents and advanced wound-care products. Its product lines include starch-based hemostatic powders (CurASeal), collagen and gelatin sponges and powders (ColiSorB), and other surgical and wound-care items such as Colident, Curadisc, Curavue, Ibuflex and Optiview. The company states its mission as democratizing access to high-quality medical devices in the Middle East, and has built manufacturing capacity and distribution agreements covering Egypt and GCC countries. InCurA raised a pre-seed funding round (undisclosed amount) from regional investors including Tiye Angels, KAUST Innovation Ventures, UI Investments, Pharos Holding and AUC Angels. Despite an earlier lead description mentioning diabetic care devices, no evidence of a diabetes-focused product line was found on the company's own site; its verified focus is hemostatic and wound-care devices.
