Garini is an Algerian startup that digitizes parking through a mobile and web platform. Drivers use the app to find and reserve parking spots by the hour, day, week or month for cars, motorcycles, bikes and boats, at private residences, hotels and commercial centers, primarily in Oran and Algiers. The company also offers a B2B/B2G product ('Garini Box') for property owners and municipalities to manage parking access using automatic license-plate recognition. Garini was founded in 2019 by Oran-based civil engineer Abbes Oudda and holds an official 'startup label' from Algeria's national trade registry body (CNRC). The founder has stated plans to expand the service regionally (Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar) and to add AI-based camera management for parking facilities.
