Flouci
Tunisian digital wallet and mobile banking app for cashless payments and transfers.

Flouci is a Tunisian fintech product built by the startup Kaoun, offering a mobile wallet linked to a free digital current account. Users can send and receive money peer-to-peer, pay bills, top up phone credit, make QR-code payments online and in stores, and withdraw cash from ATMs with or without a physical card. Flouci operates under an approval from the Central Bank of Tunisia's regulatory sandbox (launched January 2020) and states that it distributes banking services negotiated with partner banks rather than being a bank itself. The company was founded in 2018 by co-founders including Nebras Jemel and Anis Kallel, and has raised outside funding, including a $2 million round announced in 2025 aimed at financial inclusion in francophone Africa. The kaoun.com domain redirects to flouci.com, confirming the discovery note.
