Fintologya is a Bahrain-based fintech infrastructure company, founded in 2024 by CEO Mohsen Badrani and CTO Omar Dahhane, that operates a cloud-native issuer processing platform for banks and licensed fintechs. Its platform lets clients launch Mastercard card programs across the MENA and Africa regions, offering instant virtual card issuance through a single API call, tokenized card push into Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay, in-region data residency, and PCI DSS v4.0.1 compliance. The company positions the platform as reducing the time to launch a live card program from roughly 4-6 quarters with legacy processors to 4-6 weeks. It is headquartered in the Seef District of Manama, Bahrain, and also has a presence in Saudi Arabia. Fintologya raised a USD 1 million seed round to expand its cloud payments infrastructure across Gulf markets.
