Fincart is a Cairo-based e-commerce logistics and financing platform for Egyptian online merchants. It connects sellers to a marketplace of more than 30 courier and delivery providers through a single dashboard, letting them compare rates, book shipments, track deliveries, and reconcile cash-on-delivery payments in one place. The platform has since expanded into an AI-powered operating system for e-commerce operations, and it also offers merchants working-capital financing based on their shipping performance history. Founded in 2023 by Mostafa Elmasry and Nihal Ali, Fincart has onboarded more than 450 merchant and enterprise clients and raised a pre-seed round led by Plus VC followed by a $2.8 million seed round co-led by Launch Africa and Antler MENAP.
