FelHanout
Algerian SaaS platform giving restaurants zero-commission online ordering and delivery tools.

FelHanout is an Algerian foodtech/SaaS startup that gives independent restaurants and small chains an 'operating system' for managing orders. Each restaurant gets a white-label online ordering link, a tool that converts phone-in orders into digital tickets, and features for coordinating its own delivery riders, consolidating orders coming from tables, phone calls, social media and a mobile app into one system. Unlike commission-based delivery marketplaces, FelHanout charges no commission on phone or web orders, instead charging a subscription fee (a free 90-day trial followed by roughly 9,000 DZD per quarter). It was founded in 2023 by Ahmed Fatmi, a former pizzeria operator in Mostaganem, and is described on its own site as self-funded (bootstrapped) with over 1,700 restaurants live across 37 Algerian cities as of the sources consulted. Note: the company's live product is hosted at felhanout.dz, not the felhanout.com domain referenced in the discovery source, which returned an access-denied error.
