Digified is a Cairo-based regulatory-technology company, founded in 2019, that provides Arabic-language digital identity verification (e-KYC) and e-contracting services for banks, fintechs, lenders, and insurance and investment companies in Egypt and the wider Middle East. Its platform uses machine learning and computer vision to run biometric and non-biometric identity checks, authenticate customers against government ID and mobile registry databases, and manage e-signatures and digital contracts, delivered via API, SDK, white-label web integration, or on-premise/cloud deployment. In August 2025, Digified received approval from Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to offer AI-powered digital onboarding, eKYC and e-contracting services to non-banking financial sector entities. The company reports processing more than 25 million verification transactions annually across Egypt's lending, investment and insurance sectors, and has raised early-stage funding including a pre-seed round backed by EFG EV Fintech.
