Dibsy

Dibsy is an online payment gateway built for merchants in Qatar, operated by Paywise LLC and licensed by the Qatar Central Bank as a Third Party Payment Services provider under the country's Payment Service Regulation. Through a single API, hosted checkout pages, and no-code payment links shareable via WhatsApp, email or social media, businesses can accept Visa, Mastercard, Qatar's NAPS network, QNB cards, Apple Pay, and other local and international payment methods. The platform also supports recurring billing and settles merchant payouts twice a week, with pricing of 2.5% plus 1 QAR per transaction and no setup fees. Dibsy targets Qatari SMEs and larger merchants who want to start accepting online payments within about 48 hours without building their own payment infrastructure.
