DataQueue builds VoiceHub, a no-code orchestration platform for creating and deploying enterprise-grade AI voice agents that handle inbound and outbound phone calls for use cases such as customer support, appointment booking, lead generation and sales outreach. The platform emphasizes Arabic-dialect speech support alongside other languages, and includes companion tools such as CallStudio (call analytics dashboards) and AgentBoost (an AI copilot for human agents). It offers on-premise and private-cloud deployment options and integrates with CRMs, telephony/VoIP systems and enterprise software. Founded in 2021 by Bashir Alsaifi, DataQueue operates with teams in Palestine and the Netherlands, and has raised funding from Ibtikar Fund (2023) and a follow-on round co-led by Ibtikar Fund and Flat6Labs Jordan Seed Fund (January 2025). Reported customers include organizations such as Arab Bank and Airport International Group.
