Cathedis is a Moroccan e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery company founded in 2015, offering same-day and next-day delivery, live shipment tracking, cash-on-delivery collection and management, returns/exchange handling, warehousing and inventory management, and API connectors for e-commerce platforms, covering more than 600 cities and regions in Morocco. It was incubated through the 212Founders program (backed by CDG Invest) and expanded from 27 to 108 covered cities within about ten months in 2020. In November 2025, Cathedis was acquired by Moroccan super-app ORA Technologies together with Azur Innovation Fund, in what was reported as the first startup-to-startup consolidation in Morocco funded entirely with local capital; it continues to operate under the Cathedis brand as part of ORA's e-commerce logistics arm alongside ORA Cash and KooulMaroc.
