Avelabs is an Egyptian automotive embedded-software engineering company founded in 2012 and headquartered at Maadi Technology Park in Cairo, where it runs one of the country's larger Tier-2 automotive R&D centers, with additional offices in Munich and the United States. It provides embedded software development and validation services for the automotive industry, specializing in AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive), ADAS/autonomous-driving software, functional safety (ISO 26262), cybersecurity, bootloaders, C++/embedded Linux, model-based development, and system validation for ECUs. It also offers cloud-based tooling such as Yonohub for designing and evaluating ADAS, autonomous-driving and robotics systems. The company now operates as 'Avelabs, An Arrow Company,' indicating it is affiliated with/owned by Arrow Electronics while continuing to deliver engineering services under the Avelabs brand from its Cairo team.
