Aseel
Saudi platform for Sharia-compliant, CMA-licensed real estate fund crowd-investing.

Aseel (أصيل) is a Saudi Arabian fintech platform, based in Riyadh, that lets individuals invest collectively in real estate, financing, private equity and equity funds. It was founded in 2020 and is licensed by Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority (CMA) to operate a platform for distributing investment funds; the CMA formally confirmed that Aseel Capital had completed its business-readiness requirements to launch under its fintech experimental permit. Users can start investing from as little as 1,000 Saudi riyals via the Aseel website or its iOS/Android apps, paying through Mada or Apple Pay. Funds offered on the platform are structured to comply with Islamic Sharia principles and are used to acquire, develop or generate income from residential, commercial, office and logistics real estate.
