Zest Equity is a Dubai-based platform that digitizes private-market transactions for fund managers, family offices, VC and PE firms and syndicate leads, bundling SPV formation, regulated escrow and deal distribution into one workflow. Its escrow and arranging services are regulated by the FSRA in Abu Dhabi Global Market. Founded in 2021 by Rawan Baddour and Zuhair Shamma, the company raised a $3.8 million seed round led by MEVP in 2023 and reports more than 228 transactions worth over US$305 million processed on the platform.
