zenda is a Dubai-based fintech app that lets parents discover schools, enroll, and pay and track tuition, transport, uniform and activity fees in one place, with pay-now and pay-later options and reward points redeemable for gift cards. Founded in June 2021 by McKinsey alumni Raman Thiagarajan and Haseeb Ahmed, it raised a $9.4 million seed round in 2022 led by STV, COTU, Global Founders Capital and VentureSouq to grow in the Gulf and expand into India, and reports more than 450 schools and 150,000 parents on the platform.
