Tern Rewards is a rental payment app that lets tenants in the UAE pay rent with a credit card at no fee, earning their card's points plus Tern points redeemable at retailers such as Amazon, Noon and Carrefour. Operated by Tern App Technologies Co. LLC and incubated under the Dubai Land Department's REES initiative, it launched publicly in March 2025 after closing a $1.5 million pre-seed round backed by VentureSouq and BYLD.
