Tarabut (formerly Tarabut Gateway) is a regulated open banking platform that connects banks, fintechs and businesses through a single API for account data, income and affordability insights, and account-to-account payments. It is licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain as an AISP/PISP, is connected to the major banks in Saudi Arabia, holds in-principle approval from the Central Bank of the UAE, and is headquartered in Dubai's DIFC with a regional headquarters opened in Riyadh in September 2025. Founded in 2017 by Abdulla Almoayed, it raised a $32 million Series A led by Pinnacle Capital in 2023 and acquired UK payments fintech Vyne in 2024.
