TAP
Career accelerator training Palestinian and MENA youth and placing them in remote jobs

TAP (Talent Acceleration Platform) runs 16-week online upskilling programs in software development, business development and digital marketing for young people in Palestine and other overlooked MENA communities, then matches graduates with mentors and remote roles at hiring partners; the programs are free for participants and employers pay for access to vetted talent. Its site lists 400+ careers launched, 200+ hiring partners and 400+ mentors, and it has expanded into Jordan and Lebanon. Founders Christian Vezjak and Jafar Shunnar launched the predecessor Kiitos in 2019 and the first TAP program in 2020; the company raised a $1 million seed round led by Wamda Capital in 2023 and a further $1 million from Invest International in January 2025.
