Strataphy
Geothermal cooling-as-a-service for data centers and industrial facilities in the Gulf
Strataphy builds and operates PrimeLoop, a proprietary subsurface geothermal cooling system that cuts electricity use for data centers, industrial plants, hospitals and giga-projects in hot climates, offered under a cooling-as-a-service model that turns the capital cost into an operating expense. Founded in 2025 by former Saudi Aramco engineers Dr. Ammar Alali and Ahmed Alhani and based in the Dammam–Al Khobar area of Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, it has documented electricity cost reductions of up to 49% in commercial deployments with partners including NEOM, King Abdullah Economic City and Saudi Tabreed, and raised a $6 million seed round led by Outliers VC with Shorooq and PlusVC in November 2025.
