Stake is a DFSA-regulated digital platform that lets retail investors buy fractional shares of rental properties in Dubai and, through a CMA-licensed entity, in Saudi Arabia, earning rental income from a minimum investment of USD 150. Founded in Dubai in 2020 by Manar Mahmassani, Rami Tabbara and Ricardo Brizido, it has funded more than 600 properties and paid out over AED 31 million in rental income. In June 2024 it raised a $14 million round led by Middle East Venture Partners, taking total funding to $26 million.
