Silkhaus is a Dubai-headquartered proptech company that turns residential units into managed short-term rentals. Property owners hand their apartments to Silkhaus, which handles listing across around 60 distribution channels, dynamic pricing, operations and guest service, while travellers and corporate tenants book stays directly on its portal in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. Founded in 2021 by Aahan Bhojani and Ashmin Varma, it raised a $7.75 million seed round in 2022, a pre-Series A led by Partners for Growth in 2024 and a growth round led by Nuwa Capital and Oraseya Capital in January 2025.
