Rize is a Saudi rent-now-pay-later platform that pays the landlord the full annual rent upfront and lets the tenant repay in 12 monthly instalments on an Ejar-registered contract, with no late fees. Founded in 2021 by Ibrahim Balilah and Mohamed Al-Frahi and licensed by the Real Estate General Authority, it has processed more than SAR 500 million in rentals and closed a $35 million Series A led by Raed Ventures in January 2025.
