RemotePass is a global payroll, employer-of-record and contractor management platform that lets companies hire, onboard, pay and manage remote workers in more than 150 countries without setting up local entities, with web, iOS and Android apps for teams and workers. It serves startups to enterprises including Spotify and Logitech, and its site reports 1,000+ companies and 35,000+ workers on the platform. Founded in Dubai in late 2020 by Kamal Reggad and Karim Nadi, it raised a $5.5 million Series A led by 212 in March 2024, bringing total funding to $10.9 million.
